Jakarta, Barisanberita.com,- Paska kegaduhan yang diakibatkan oleh tingkah laku negatif sebagian oknum Kelompok Masyarakat (Pokmas), untuk Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), kini pihak kelurahan tak lagi menerbitkan Surat Keputusan (SK) pembentukan Pokmas.
Hal itu dibenarkan Lurah Pejaten Barat, Rahmat Basuki, Kamis, (15/9/2019).
Rahmat mengatakan, saat ini Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) yang menerbitkan SK tersebut. “Per Januari 2019, Kami (kelurahan-red) hanya menyerahkan daftar nama warga untuk menjadi Pokmas ke BPN. Setelah itu BPN yang mengeluarkan surat SK-nya,” ujarnya.
Lurah Pejaten Barat menambahkan, keputusan soal penyerahan nama Pokmas itu tertuang dalam Surat Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Propinsi DKI Jakarta. “Alasan yang kami tahu karena pada tahun sebelumnya, akibat SK Pokmas dikeluarkan oleh Kelurahan, maka timbul kesan di tengah masyarakat, bahwa pihak kelurahan harus ikut bertanggung jawab atas tingkah laku negatif oknum Pokmas,” ungkapnya.
“Harus diakui pada tahu lalu, sejumlah oknum Pokmas PTSL di sebagian wilayah Jakarta Selatan, diduga memungut biaya yang relatif besar kepada warga, tanpa disertai penjelasan penggunaan dana tersebut. Akibatnya, ekses negatif langsung ke arah pihak kelurahan, yang dianggap ikut bertanggung jawab,” jelas Rahmat Basuki.
Di sisi lain, Rahmat berharap ke depan koordinasi antara BPN dan pihak kelurahan bisa lebih baik lagi, sehingga warga tak bingung saat bertanya soal program PTSL. “Harusnya ada information center yang dibentuk BPN, sehingga warga langsung ke sana saat ingin bertanya hal seputar PTSL,” tandasnya.
Untuk diketahui, Berkas PTSL warga Kelurahan Pejaten Barat yang diserahkan ke BPN sebanyak 700 berkas, dan per Februari 2019 telah diterbitkan sertifikat sebanyak 72 sertifikat.
