Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Kepala Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) Kelurahan Kramat Pela, Lusiana mengatakan pihaknya sudah melaporkan hal rusaknya mesin antrian beberapa bulan lalu. Namun, sampai sekarang masih menunggu tindak lanjut dari pusat.
“Kami sudah laporkan dan sekarang sedang menunggu petugas perbaikan,” katanya, Kamis, (4/8/2022).
Lusiana menambahkan, mesin antrian yang rusak sementara diganti dengan sistem manual. “Meski rusak, namun pelayanan terhadap warga tetap bisa dilakukan, dan kami tak ada kendala soal itu,” ujarnya.
“Kebetulan pelayanan paska pandemi covid 19 masih sepi, sehingga kami masih bisa memakai sistem antrian manual,” ungkap Lusiana.
Dari penelusuran media ini hampir seluruh mesin antrian di seluruh PTSP di Jakarta Selatan kondisinya rusak.
Padahal, menurut sumber media berinisial BD, pengadaan mesin antrian tersebut sangat mahal. “Anggaran pengadaan mesin antrian diadakan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpada Satu Pintu pada tahun anggaran 2018 sebesar Rp 10,509,620,000.00, dengan rincian 124 unit x Rp 77,050.000.00 plus PPN 10 persen,” katanya.
“Sejak mesin antrian diberikan ke sejumlah PTSP, tak lama kemudian mesin mulai bermasalah,” ujar BD.
Pengamat Perkotaan dan Penerapan Perda Norman, minta kasus mesin antrian di PSTP diselidiki karena menyangkut kualitas pelayanan pada masyarakat dan juga pertanggung jawaban atas penggunaan anggaran yang sangat besar tersebut. “Harus diselidiki karena anggaran yang sangat besar, tapi kualitas barang yang diduga buruk,” ujarnya tegas.
