Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mencabut pembatasan cuti bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungannya setelah situasi Covid-19 yang sudah terkendali, menurut Surat Edaran Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
Surat yang ditandatangani oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) DKI Jakarta Maria Qibtya pada 11 April lalu, menyatakan Surat Edaran Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Nomor 5/SE/2022 tentang Pembatasan Cuti Dalam Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
“Mempertimbangkan perkembangan situasi persebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta yang semakin terkendali, maka Surat Edaran Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Nomor 5/SE/2022 tentang Pembatasan Cuti Dalam Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku,” bunyi surat tersebut.
Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) DKI Jakarta Maria Qibtya membenarkan Surat Edaran tersebut saat dikonfirmasi Tempo pada 19 April 2022. “Iya betul karena sudah ada pengaturan yang di atas (dari Kementerian PAN RB),” kata Maria.
Surat Edaran itu juga mengimbau Kepala Perangkat Daerah atau Unit Kerja pada Perangkat Daerah agar selektif dalam memberikan cuti tahunan supaya pelayanan masyarakat tetap berjalan.
“Kepala Perangkat Daerah atau Unit Kerja pada Perangkat Daerah agar selektif dalam memberikan cuti tahunan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan organisasi dan/atau memastikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya,” kata Surat Edaran.
Sebelumnya, Menteri Agama, Menteri Ketenagakerjaan, serta Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi telah menerbitkan keputusan bersama tentang libur nasional dan cuti bersama 2022.
Dalam keputusan bersama itu, ditambahkan cuti bersama yakni pada 29 April, 4-6 Mei 2022. Sedangkan libur Hari Raya Idul Fitri 2022 yakni 2-3 Mei 2022, sehingga apabila digabung libur akhir pekan, cuti bersama dan libur Idul Fitri, maka total hari libur mencapai 10 hari dari 29 April hingga 8 Mei 2022.
